Brazin lives for the excitement of discovering Zinfandel’s bold, adventurous beauty. Our Lodi Zinfandel is crafted from head-trained Zinfandel vines that range from 40 to 100 years of age. Our relationships with these family-owned vineyards have endured two, even three generations. The 2018 Brazin Lodi Zinfandel is bold and concentrated, opening with rich aromas of ripe blackberry and black currant with hints of spice and vanilla. Intense flavors of plum jam, black cherry and nutmeg rock the palate of this daring Zinfandel. Balanced acidity and smooth tannins add complexity and depth to the finish. Don’t be bashful with your pairings – be Brazin! Serve with slow roasted bone-in country pork ribs, grilled chili-rubbed flank steak or spicy chicken curry.
