Taken from the zulu language, Phuza means 'to drink'. The calabash is fashioned from the fruit shell of the calabash three and passed from person to person.
A rich purple red shiraz with attractive spiciness, ripe plum and berry flavors offset with a hint of oak. Full-bodied with good tannins and a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Enjoy this wine with lamb.
