Transit time depends on where the shipping address is located. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times vary from 1 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in the tracking email you receive once the package has been scanned in by the carrier. You must be 21 or older to receive a wine shipment. An adult signature over 21 is required.
After your shipment leaves our facility and is scanned in by the carrier you will receive an automated tracking email at night with the tracking information enclosed.
We use FedEx and UPS for our deliveries. If you would like a specific carrier used for your order, please email us.
We cannot ship to a PO box, as a signature is required upon delivery.
We always want to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Each situation is different, and some might require an additional shipping cost.
We offer gift notes for our wine selection. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there. Gift notes can be added on the cart page.
For Groupon Users
To use your redemption code, click the product link on your Groupon voucher and add the product to your cart. At checkout, place your 8 letter & number redemption code in the discount field and hit the button to apply it. You should see the code apply to your order for the product portion of the voucher prior to payment submission.
No Free Shipping on Groupons. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping Groupon products, as is outlined in 'The Fine Print' on the page where you purchased this Groupon deal.
While we recommend setting up an account on our site, it is not required to checkout.
