When will my shipment be sent out?
A majority of orders will leave within 1-2 business days of placing the order and will be delivered straight to you shortly there after. Soon after an order has been placed, you receive a tracking number for your shipment(s)
How is the wine shipped?
We deliver the wine through our network via common carriers. We prefer a daytime office/work address to ensure timely delivery. You must be 21 or older to receive a wine shipment. An adult signature over 21 is required
Fedex and UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If you are unable to sign for the package, we can arrange to have the package held at a local Fedex/UPS location for you to pick-up. Fedex and UPS will hold these packages for 5 days before returning it back to us. **If a shipment is sent back to us due to anything other than damage, we reserve the right to hold return fees or charge a reshipment fee.**
**HOLIDAY SURCHARGE** - RE-SHIPS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR OR UNAVAILABILITY TO RECEIVE PACKAGE ARE SUBJECT TO A $10 RE-SHIP FEE.
How is the wine packaged?
To prevent breakage we package the wine in special 100% recyclable pulp packaging
Extreme Weather ShippingIn cases of extreme heat or extreme cold, we may hold packages until the weather permits to ensure our customers only receive wine in the best condition.
Wine on Sale currently does not ship alcohol to AL, KY, MS, UT, HI, AK

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
All orders are shipped by applicable Licensed Retailers or Wineries. Title to such wine passes from the applicable Licensed Retailer or Winery to the Buyer upon the shipment of your order. By placing an order, the buyer warrants that the wine is only for personal consumption and not for resale. Buyer warrants that he or she is at least 21 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed by a person at least 21 years of age.
We are happy to assist you! If there are any issues with the wine, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know and we will arrange for the pickup of your package and once the package is returned back to us we will issue a refund for the returned items. Please note: Refunded Groupons are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We cannot issue refunds for purchases made after 30 days.
If your package was damaged in transit, please let us know and we will be happy to get out a replacement package as soon as possible!
