Cervaro della Sala 2024 is Antinori's age-worthy Umbrian white, pairing Chardonnay with a smaller share of Grechetto. Chardonnay ferments in barriques and undergoes partial malolactic fermentation before joining the separately handled Grechetto, creating a layered wine with clarity and depth.
Pink grapefruit, chamomile, elderflower, vanilla, and pastry-cream aromas are accented by the flinty character associated with the estate's Chardonnay. The palate is precise and fresh, with toasted almond, ginger, white pepper, and a savory line that supports a refined finish.
