Big Smooth Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 comes from Lodi vineyards in California and is made for generous fruit with a polished texture. Warm growing conditions are moderated by Delta breezes, while American, French, and Hungarian oak add layered spice and a subtle vanilla-coconut dimension.
The producer presents Cabernet Sauvignon as the foundation of the blend, delivering deep fruit with dried-herb and mint-spice accents. Petite Sirah and Tannat contribute additional seasoning and an inky purple tone, completing a substantial red whose ripe character, rounded tannins, and oak influence remain integrated rather than heavy.
