Traditional maceration on the skins is followed by maturation in glass-lined or stainless steel tanks, emphasizing the variety's straightforward, fruit-focused appeal.
Plum and red-cherry flavors shape the rounded palate, with a light chocolate accent adding depth. Smooth and medium bodied, this versatile Italian red can accompany grilled meats, hearty pasta, roast poultry, cheese boards, and other dishes with full, savory flavors.
