There’s bottomless depth of red and black licorice, cassis, wild blackberry, and blueberries with a hint of cedar, tarragon, and thyme. Weaved amongst the fruitier flavors are a bevy of terroir driven elements like sweet loam, river gravel, and iron. The natural acidity is so fresh and lively that it guides the long luxurious finish where savory porcini mushroom, shoyu, and black tea notes linger.

Jeb Dunnuck Review - Rated 99:
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) is more exuberant and sexy, which is to be expected from this Grand Cru vineyard. Sweet cassis, flowery incense, liquid violets, and spicy oak are just some of the nuances here, and this hits the palate with full-bodied richness, ultra-fine tannins, no hard edges, and one heck of a great finish. It's impossible resist today, yet it’s another magical wine from this estate that will evolve for 20-25 years if stored correctly.
James Suckling - Rated 95:
Mulberries, cherries, dried herbs, cedar, tile and spice box on the nose. Full body with firm, polished tannins. Concentrated, firm and structured with a chalky texture. Long, mineral finish.
