The 2025 Darioush Signature Viognier combines fruit from the cool Oak Knoll and Los Carneros appellations. Morning fog and cooling afternoon breezes help develop the grape's naturally generous aromas, while six months in a mix of new and neutral French oak gives the wine a polished, layered texture.
Fresh apricot, ripe mango, and other stone-fruit notes open the wine, with jasmine and chamomile adding a delicate floral lift. The palate is plush and seamless yet energized by playful acidity, finishing with lasting freshness and a distinctive mineral impression reminiscent of a sea breeze.
