The 2025 Domaine Laroche Saint-Martin is a Chardonnay from the Chablis Village appellation, selected from historic sites that the domaine separates according to soil and exposure. Thoughtful work in the vineyard, cellar, and aging process is intended to preserve the identity of each parcel within the finished cuvée.
Focused minerality defines the style, reflecting Laroche's precise interpretation of Chablis and its distinctive terroir. The wine's clean, poised character works naturally as an aperitif and alongside shellfish, small crustaceans, fresh fish, or other dishes that favor a crisp white.
