Domaines Schlumberger sources this Pinot Blanc chiefly from Saering and Spiegel, along with Bux and Bollenberg. The wine is pneumatically pressed, settled, fermented in temperature-controlled tuns, and matured seven months on fine lees. It suits aperitifs, salads, cooked fish, sushi, mild curries, and goat cheese.
