Winemaker's Notes

Anthilia 2023 has a yellow straw color. The nose presents a fresh and fruity bouquet with notes of white-fleshed fruits (peach) combined with scents of wildflowers. On the palate we continue to find the evident fruity notes accompanied by a refreshing sapidity and ended by a good persistence.

This is ripe and tropical with candied peaches, sliced mangoes, honeysuckle and praline. Crushed stones, too. Medium-bodied, rich and flavorful with vivid acidity and floral undertones at the end.

Lemon, lime and yellow and green apple aromas meet tennis ball and turf on the nose, and the palate keeps the citrus but points up nutty and saline notes with a bright acidity.
