Winemaker's Notes
Floramundi 2023 brings together Nero d'Avola and Frappato in the balanced style of Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG. Its ruby color is matched by aromas of cherry, plum and fresh flowers, with balsamic and spice accents adding detail as the wine opens.
On the palate, fine tannins and lively fruit create a smooth, juicy impression without losing freshness. The wine is fermented with skin contact in steel, aged in tank and given extended bottle rest, making it a versatile Sicilian red for savory first courses, grilled meats or substantial fish dishes.
