Plum and blueberry aromas are joined by violet-toned floral notes and a touch of menthol in the winery's description. Stainless-steel fermentation preserves freshness, and limited new French oak aging adds structure without overwhelming the concentrated, juicy palate or its balanced, lingering finish.
