Winemaker's Notes
Honig's 2024 Sauvignon Blanc opens with orange blossom and jasmine, followed by white peach, Meyer lemon and grapefruit. The blend of 99% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Semillon gives the wine a vivid citrus-and-floral character, while gentle richness through the middle keeps the palate rounded and poised.
Fruit from Napa and Lake counties was picked during the cooler hours, whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Time on light lees adds subtle texture without sacrificing brightness, leaving a clean, energetic finish suited to fresh seasonal dishes or relaxed sipping.
