The 2020 Wedding Cuvée is Iron Horse's estate-grown take on Blanc de Noirs, combining 84% Pinot Noir with 16% Chardonnay from Green Valley of the Russian River Valley. Chardonnay brings lift and brightness to the Pinot Noir-led blend, while the cool coastal setting helps preserve energy.
Traditional second fermentation in bottle and more than four years of aging before disgorging create a refined, creamy mousse and persistent bubbles. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and lemon zest introduce a fruit-driven palate that stays lively through a clean, crisp finish.
