The winery notes floral, Meyer lemon, apple, and apricot aromas, with pear, lemon cream, mineral, baking-spice, and oak flavors across a textured palate. French-oak fermentation, completed malolactic fermentation, and regular lees stirring give the wine depth while its acidity keeps the finish composed and lively.
