The 2023 JAX Y3 Taureau combines Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc in a smooth red blend. Dark fruit and warm spice lead into a rounded, approachable finish.
Made from hand-harvested grapes and aged in French oak, this 750 ml California wine suits weeknight pasta, roasted poultry or a steak dinner. The blend balances Cabernet's structure with Merlot's generous fruit.

Ripe and bold, with aromas of blackberries, plums, cassis, sweet spices and cedar. The palate is full-bodied with firm yet rounded tannins and balanced acidity, giving flavors of dark cherries, cocoa and tobacco. Generous and rich. Predominantly cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.
