Description
The 2024 Les Deux Tours Sauvignon Blanc from Ladoucette is rooted in Touraine, along the Loire Valley. Its vineyard soils are chiefly siliceous and chalky, with some clay-and-flint parcels, and the wine is made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc.
Low-temperature fermentation is followed by six months on fine lees in stainless steel. The resulting wine is pale green-gold, with lemon, white fruit, and fine anise nuances; the palate begins supple and fruity, then carries fresh energy into an aromatic finish.
