The 2025 Lavis Pinot Grigio is a Trentino DOC wine from Cantina La-Vis, drawn from foothill and valley vineyards around Lavis and Trento. Loose sandy-loam soils derived from the Avisio and Adige waterways, together with west and southwest exposure, frame the regional character of this northern Italian white.
The winery's profile emphasizes a warm bouquet of ripe fruit and honey, an intense golden hue, substantial minerality, and a lingering fruit-driven finish. Its cellar method uses gentle pressing, temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation, and approximately five to six months on the lees before the wine is bottled.
