This wine marries the best of Columbia Valley grapes, featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and smaller portions of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. It displays a rich tapestry of dark fruit flavors, including black cherry and cassis, with layers of mocha and a hint of cedar from oak aging. Its structure is both powerful and elegant, making it a superb match for prime cuts of beef, venison, or a luxurious chocolate dessert.
