It is vinified according to Bordeaux tradition and does not spend time in barrel, helping the estate present a direct expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The winery's current profile highlights red-fruit aromas of plum, cherry, and ripe strawberry layered with nutmeg, cocoa, thyme, and black pepper.
