The 2023 Luca Old Vine Malbec draws on mature vineyards in several Uco Valley districts of Mendoza. A cool and dry vintage retained freshness in the grapes, while fruit from long-established vines contributes concentration, savory nuance and a clear sense of place.
Aromas of black cherry cola, cocoa and spice introduce a berry-driven palate with energetic acidity and a lingering espresso note. Native-yeast fermentation and French-oak maturation give the wine a refined frame for steak, game, pork, lamb or flavorful cheeses.
