Winemaker's Notes

Dark color with a hint of brick-red on the edge. Superb complexity on the nose with balsamic notes and refined oak. Full in the mouth with a depth of mature plums, sweet spice, and roasted coffee beans. Still fresh and discreetly lively, promising excellent potential for aging. Delicious and full with superb length. This Gran Reserva refreshes with the character our DO’s traditional style.

A fresh, balanced red, with a supple frame of light, taut tannins trimming the crushed cherry and wild strawberry fruit flavors. Delicate notes of anise, Earl Grey and graphite show on the finish. Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta and Graciano. Drink now through 2030. 30,000 cases made, 5,000 cases imported.

Sophisticated, layered, classic Rioja. Mixed fruits sprinkled with cocoa, a waft of cedar and toasted spices gain savory flavors and a balsamic finish with further sipping. Polished tannins create an enveloping mouthfeel carrying into a long finish. Oak is well integrated into the fruit with layers of interest.
