The 2023 Mollydooker Gigglepot Cabernet Sauvignon is led by aromas of forest fruit and blackcurrant, followed by a quiet note of freshly roasted coffee. Blackberry, cigar, and spice unfold across the palate, with chocolate cream adding richness beneath the fruit.
Cabernet from Mollydooker's Rivers Lane vineyard in McLaren Vale was barrel fermented and matured in American and French oak. Delicate tannins keep the generous flavors composed, carrying the wine toward the smooth, satisfying finish described in the producer's vintage notes.
