Just as Monitos or "Little Monkeys" jump from vine to vine in search of the juiciest fruit, so did our winemakers. While they may not have been leaping throughout vines, they were searching and amongst vineyards to find the most exceptional grapes for our Sauvignon Blanc. Notes of kiwi, pineapple, and citrus come together to form a fruit-forward wine with desirable acidity on the finish.
