Jayson Chardonnay 2023 brings together Meyer lemon, peach, almond and flinty aromas with a palate of vivid citrus, lemon curd and ripe stone fruit. A measured touch of sweet oak broadens the texture, and fresh acidity gives the wine definition and length.
The blend draws on six distinctive Napa Valley vineyards, combining mountain structure with Carneros freshness and other parcels that contribute stone-fruit character and lift. Barrel fermentation, ten months in French oak and carefully judged lees stirring create richness while allowing the Chardonnay fruit to remain expressive.
