Winemaker’s Notes
The 2025 Pasqua Black Label Pinot Grigio is softly pressed and fermented under temperature control, primarily in stainless steel. A portion completes fermentation in French oak and matures in previously used tonneaux, building texture without losing the wine's clean fruit profile.
White peach, Williams pear and tropical fruit lead the aroma, followed by floral accents and restrained notes of toast, vanilla and hazelnut. The finish is fresh and balanced, making it a natural match for seafood, sushi, fish-based pasta and white meats.
