The 2023 Pierre Sparr Gewurztraminer is an Alsace white made solely from Gewurztraminer grown across a long corridor from the Haut-Rhin to the Bas-Rhin. Hand harvesting and stainless-steel cellar work emphasize the grape's natural perfume, clarity and generous texture without obscuring its regional character.
Golden yellow with green glints, this vintage layers white pepper, rosebud and fresh mango across an expressive nose. The palate is supple yet lively, maintaining freshness through a warm, lingering finish with a light licorice accent. Its aromatic intensity makes it a distinctive choice for flavorful dishes.
