Selected Lodi vineyards supply the fruit, benefiting from warm daytime conditions and cool evening breezes that encourage flavor development and freshness. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the core, with small portions of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec adding structure and dimension.
