Winemaker's Notes
Our philosophical approach in the vineyard is to use water, our most precious resource, as sparingly as possible. This challenges the vines to develop more intense fruit for deeper, richer more flavorful wines.
Our Pinot Noir has aromas of strawberries and ripe raspberries, followed by a touch of toasty oak. The rich mouthfeel is balanced with a good acidity and a long, lingering finish.
