From the Saint-Mont appellation of southwestern France, Plaimont’s Rosé d’Enfer 2023 brings together Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinenc, also called Fer Servadou. A pale hue leads into redcurrant, blackcurrant, and raspberry notes, carried by bright freshness and a notably lively finish.
Night harvesting helps protect the grapes’ fresh aromas before a brief maceration extracts the delicate color. Vinification and approximately three months on fine lees in stainless steel maintain the wine’s fruit-driven style, making this rosé a natural match for seafood, summer salads, and grilled dishes.
