Aromas of earth, tomato leaf and asparagus lead off, followed by flavors of cherry, plum and loam. It's dense and lively, with a complex, lingering finish. Rustic and savory, yet distinctive. Drink now through 2033.
The nose balances the sweetness of cherries, strawberries and vanilla with more savory notes of graphite and wild herbs. On the palate, hibiscus and cranberry bring out the sourness of the cherries, before a salsa finish of chili and tomatoes.
