Description
The 2025 Tormaresca Chardonnay is a Puglian white made solely from Chardonnay. The grapes are gently crushed, and the cooled must rests before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, an approach designed to keep the finished wine's varietal aromas clear and fresh.
In the glass, it is bright straw yellow with subtle green tones. White fruit, nectarine, green apple, and pineapple meet floral and citrus accents of jasmine and orange blossom, while the palate remains fragrant, savory, fresh, and especially approachable with seafood or lighter dishes.
