From terraced vines on the northern side of Mount Etna, Tornatore Etna Bianco presents Carricante with a distinctly fresh, savory profile. Green apple, grapefruit and white peach meet aromatic herbs on the nose, while the palate carries the producer's hallmark mineral energy and an inviting citrus brightness.
Hand-picked grapes are sorted, gently crushed and softly pressed before fermentation at a controlled cool temperature. The finished wine spends roughly three months on fine lees, a process that supports its texture and aromatic return while keeping the finish focused, juicy and notably refreshing.
