The 2021 Verdon Estate Napa Valley Chardonnay is a refined white wine crafted from grapes grown in the historic Stonebridge Vineyard, nestled along a tributary of the Napa River. This vineyard, cultivated since 1912, benefits from marine-influenced soils and proximity to water, which enhance the wine’s freshness and complexity. The Chardonnay grapes were hand-harvested and aged for 10 months in 50% new French oak barrels, a process that imparts a graceful balance of richness and oak integration. Verdon Estate is known for its small-lot, terroir-driven wines that showcase the elegance and purity of Napa Valley’s diverse subregions.
