Winemaker's Notes
Vietti's 2025 Roero Arneis comes from hand-harvested fruit grown near Santo Stefano Roero in limestone- and clay-rich vineyards. Slow fermentation in steel is used to hold onto the wine's fresh fruit expression, followed by lees aging in tank before bottling.
Floral tones, citrus, and melon lead the aroma, with mineral and almond accents adding detail. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, combining lively acidity with an elegant, balanced texture and a long finish that reflects the producer's classic Roero Arneis style.
