Fruit from rocky, well-drained Central Coast vineyards is fermented in stainless steel with twice-daily pneumatage to develop aroma and texture. Twelve months in French, American and neutral oak barrels, together with stainless steel tanks, preserves vibrancy in this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon at 13.5% alcohol.
